Gold Price Sets New Record in Nepal

Kathmandu. The price of gold in the Nepali market set a new record on Thursday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations (FENEGOSIDA).

The price of gold rose by Rs. 2,000 per tola, reaching Rs. 250,900 per tola today. On Wednesday, the price of hallmark gold had stood at Rs. 248,900 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver has also increased. On Wednesday, silver was traded at Rs. 3,240 per tola, but today it rose by Rs. 35, reaching Rs. 3,275 per tola, according to the federation.
