Kathmandu — Three newly appointed ministers were sworn in today. After being named to the interim government, former Finance Secretary Rameshwar Khanal, former Nepal Electricity Authority Chief Executive Kulman Ghising, and advocate Omprakash Aryal took the oath of office.
At a ceremony held today at the President’s residence, Shital Niwas, President Ramchandra Paudel administered the oath to all three.
Upon taking the oath, Ghising was assigned the responsibility of the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation and the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure, Transport and Urban Development; Omprakash Aryal was assigned the Home Ministry and the Law Ministry; and Rameshwar Khanal was assigned the Ministry of Finance.
