Kathmandu — The prices of gold and silver showed differing trends in the Nepali market on Wednesday. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders Federation, the price of traditional (chhapawal) gold was fixed at NPR 196,700 per tola on Wednesday. This marks a decrease of NPR 100 per tola compared to Tuesday.
On Tuesday, the price of gold was NPR 196,800 per tola.
On the other hand, the price of silver increased. While the price of silver was NPR 2,305 per tola on Tuesday, it rose to NPR 2,325 per tola on Wednesday, according to the Federation.
