Kathmandu — Demonstrators have carried out an arson attack at the private residence of President Ram Chandra Paudel. The incident occurred on Tuesday at his Bohoratar residence in Kathmandu.
The attack comes a day after Monday’s Gen Z protests, during which the government was accused of using excessive force. Youths, angered by the crackdown, intensified their demonstrations today.
The Gen Z protesters have been demanding the removal of what they call a corrupt government and the formation of a new administration.
